1. Application in the prescribed form i.e., Form-I under Section 12 of the Spices Board {Registration of Exporters} Regulation, 1989
2. Self-attested copy of the Import-Export {IE} Code Certificate
3. Registration fees in a crossed demand draft in favour of "Spice Board and Request."
4. A passport size photo of the CEO or Designated officer of your firm
